PURPOSE: A process of preparing yeast added grey yarn by mixing yeast liquid beneficial to the human body with resin chips, melting and spinning by conventional methods and fiber prepared using the same are provided which can produce fiber excellent in absorbing and deodorizing function. CONSTITUTION: The yeast added synthetic yarn comprising 0.1 to 15% by weight of yeast liquid and 85 to 99.9% by weight of resin is prepared. For an example, 20L yeast liquid is mixed with 180kg polyester and ethylene glycol and melted at 283°C to give a filament yarn having 2 denier. The prepared yarn is excellent in cleanability and ironing and has an effect on improving health.
