PURPOSE: A hula hoop by using a principle of a seaflower is provided which performs the finger-pressure treatment and massages the waist so a bruise caused by a conventional striking method is prevented and hypodermic fat in the waist is decomposed and reduced. CONSTITUTION: Seaflower-typed protrusions(1) are adhered to an inner circumference of a circular frame of the hula hoop. The outside wall of the protrusion(6) is thicker than the inside wall of the protrusion(7) and is made up of relatively harder materials than that of the inside wall, so the protrusion gets narrowed when the external force is added thereto.
