PURPOSE: An electrochemical oxygen sensor is provided to maximize the diffusion speed of oxygen by minimizing the thickness of an oxygen permeation film, thereby maximizing the efficiency of measuring oxygen density. CONSTITUTION: An electrochemical oxygen sensor including a cathode electrode(30) and an anode electrode(40) arranged in the inner space of a housing(10) filled with an electrolytic solution(20), an oxygen inlet(11a) formed in the one side of the housing to diffuse the external oxygen into the inner space, an element for preventing outflow of the electrolytic solution through oxygen inlet, wherein the cathode electrode is integratively formed in an oxygen permeation film and arranged in the inside of the oxygen inlet to have functions of electrode and preventing the outflow the electrolytic solution.
