PRODUCTION PROCESS OF INNER CASE FOR KIMCHI REFRIGERATOR

PURPOSE: Inner case for a refrigerator is provided which puts aperture edge of a case body in the plane so that it makes welding and compression process easy to produce inner case. CONSTITUTION: Production process of inner case for the kimchi refrigerator comprises the steps of: (i) forming the case body of inner case which includes a first step that pierces, notches, L-bends and then U-bends metal materials to locate aperture edge part of metal materials at the side position and a second step which welds metal materials and compresses by a roller; (ii) forming a lower plate to cover lower side of the case body; and (iii) binding the case body and the lower plate each other to produce inner case.
