CIRCUIT INTERRUPTER ENABLING ELECTRICAL TRIP AND METHOD FOR REALIZING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A circuit interrupter enabling an electrical trip and a method for realizing the circuit interrupter are provided to easily detect the generation of defects by measuring an amount of a current change. CONSTITUTION: A distribution system interrupts a power source when a defect is generated in an AC power source. A first detecting section is connected between an upper conductive wire to which an AC power source is connected and a ground conductive wire. The fist detecting section detects an arc defect according to the change of the current flowing through the conductive wire. A second detecting section is connected to the upper conductive wire and the ground conductive wire. The second detecting section detects an over-load by using the change of the capacitance according to the current flowing through the conductive wire. A trip portion interrupts the power source of the circuit according to the output signals of the first detecting section and the second detecting section.
