PURPOSE: A consultant business method based on a fee for the service offered to a customer is provided to specialize a consultant, to allow the customer to select a best supplier, and to decrease the service fee, by separating a plan and a basic design of a building from a construction thereof, and thereby processing them as a consultant work. CONSTITUTION: A supplier and a customer is registered on a consultant web site. The customer is supplied with the services such as an advice, a concept, an establishment of a basic plan. The supplier is provided with order information and an opportunity of an estimate for an order. If the supplier and the customer are connected to each other, the supplier pays the fee for the services that a consultant has supplied to the customer to the consultant. The consultant handles the service fee from a plurality of suppliers in a batch manner, and thereby offers the order information to the supplies.
