PURPOSE: A system for supporting a retail store support using a bidirectional point-of-sale(POS) solution and method for the same are provided to suggest a business model that can produce a reliable gain, by efficiently supporting a business chain according to the type of business and an electronic commerce with an internet service and the POS solution. CONSTITUTION: A POS terminal(2) of a retail store(1) is connected to a server(4) via an internet(4), and transmits and receives basic data of a company and advertisement data. A credit card company(5) or a bank(6) which are connected to the server(4) via the internet(4) are capable of card approval and settlement. An individual house(7) and a consumer(8) accesses the server(4) via the internet(5) to make a transaction by a bidirectional POS terminal(2) of the retail store(1) and an order. The server(4) that receives the order from the POS terminal(2) of the retail store(1) enables a product to be supplied to a warehouse(10) of a distribution center(9). A security guard provider(11) monitors the retail store(1). A tax expert connected to the server(4) calculates the tax of the transaction, and reports it to a national tax office(13).
