PURPOSE: Method for processing instant canned noodle made of rice including a package of seasonings is provided to save cooking time. CONSTITUTION: The processing method of instant canned noodle comprises the following steps: (i) getting noodles from a noodle maker after mixing rice and glutinous rice in a ratio of 5:1 or 2:1 and steaming; (ii) vacuuming and sealing up canned noodle with packed seasonings, and then (iii) sterilizing the canned noodle at a high temperature of 93.3-115.6°C for 50-90min. When making the noodles, roasted bean powder is added for preventing the noodles from being stuck to each other and getting a savory flavor and vegetable protein from the beans.
