PURPOSE: A reception and security method using cards on computer and web is provided to enable the consumer and the seller to make realtime confirmation of the card payment, to prevent the use of other consumer's card and the card access by the hackers, and to stop children from registering in adult websites. CONSTITUTION: A reception and preservation using actual cards on computer and web is composed of input, certification, confirmation, and transaction. A card is swiped in the support device that the computer can identify. The card is certified through the internet and the remaining balance amount and the identity of the card holder are confirmed. The transaction is completed by inputting the password.
