An inward opening outer door (1) is disposed in a door casing (18) formed from two jamb pieces (19, 20, fig 3), a head piece (21) and a sill (22). Said casing pieces (19, 20, 21) and sill (22) are provided with stop sections (23, 24, 25, 26) which have stop faces (27, 28, 19, 30), where an inner sealing strip (33, 34, 35, 36) is fitted between the door (1) and the stop faces (27, 28, 29, 30). An outer sealing strip (43, 44) is fitted between the stop section (23, 24) of the jamb pieces (19, 20) and the side edges (6, 7) of the door (1). The outer sealing strip (43, 44) has a lower end section (46) having an inwardly bevelled face (47), which in the downward direction, extends beyond and beneath an outer limit edge (48) of the stop section (26) of the sill (22). The outer sealing strip (43, 44) can have a closed, hollow, semi-circular cross-section and be formed from foamed plastic. An air buffer zone (55) may be formed between the inner sealing strip (33, 34, 35) and the outer sealing strip (43, 44, 53) on each casing piece (19, 20, 21). |
