PURPOSE: A hula hoop is provided in which projections are suddenly shrunk to massage one's waist when projections are touched around the waist so that it promotes the aerobic movement of waist muscles. CONSTITUTION: The hula hoop using seaflower theory comprises the parts of: a seaflower projection(1) which includes a feeler(2) wherein a feeler head(11) and a feeler body(12) are included and the feeler head has larger area than the feeler body for acupressure and massage; and a hula hoop rim(8) wherein a negative screw(5) in the rim is rotated and inserted to a positive screw(4) at the lower edge part of the projection.
