PURPOSE: An apparatus equipped with furnace to melt natural silica(SiO2) and sodium carbonate(Na2CO3) at 1,450°C and an automatic molding machine is provided, which manufacture continuously and massively. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a feed machine(1) to supply raw materials, a furnace and an automatic molding machine(11). A furnace is divided into three parts -first zone(16), secondary zone(17) and third zone(18)- is constructed fire brick(13) and is equipped with a castable(14), power supplies(4,6,9) which control temperature inside furnace at 1.350°C, 1.400°C, 1.450°C respectively equipped sensors (3,5,8). Melting materials flow through gradient casting furnace(10) into an automatic molding machine(11), and continuously molded and slowly cooled in the cooling device(12) at 150-200°C.
