PURPOSE: A massage instrument is provided which adheres projections to a circular sphere densely so that it moves a rotation ball freely to massage easily. CONSTITUTION: The massage instrument using the rotation ball comprises the parts of: a shock-mitigating spring(21) which mitigates shock when the rotation ball is suddenly touched to waist; a sill(9) which is placed to prevent the rotation ball and the interior fixation part(7) of the rotation ball from being sunken and protect the spring by pushing the rotation ball inwardly and excessively; a sill(8) and a projection(10) which are placed to prevent the rotation ball and the interior fixation part from being exhausted outwardly by the spring; and the interior and the exterior fixation part which include a first spring fixation groove(13) and a first spring fixation projection(11) within the fixation groove at the interior fixation part and a second spring fixation groove(14) and a second spring fixation projection(12) within the fixation groove at the exterior fixation part to fix the shock-mitigating spring well.
