PURPOSE: A nozzle device of a micro BGA block of a handler is provided to accomplish accurate and stable loading when devices are supplied from an aligner of a handler to a test tray to test the efficiency of the devices. CONSTITUTION: A support plate(102) is installed on the right and left sides of a base. An aligner block is located on an upper portion of the support plate(102), and both sides of the aligner block are fixed. A micro BGA block(116) is located on an upper portion of the aligner block. A plurality of cylinders(10) are installed such that they are vertical to the aligner block. Each cylinder(10) includes a rod(14). A plurality of nozzles installed at the end portion of the rod(14) is inserted into the micro BGA block. |
