PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube connection device to surely connect tubes by implementing an origin-locating action to locate the starting point of the rotational motion of a clamping member. SOLUTION: When an encoder plate is rotated clockwise (in the same direction as the rotation of a clamp rotor), the logical product (AND) of the output waveform of a 'sensor 1' and a 'sensor 2' becomes a rectangular wave, and the axis CL2 of the rectangular wave becomes a reference. The position where the output waveform of the 'sensor 1' is instantaneously dropped is grasped by rotating the encoder plate counterclockwise (STEP1), and the position where the output waveform of the 'sensor 2' is instantaneously dropped by rotating the encoder plate clockwise (STEP2), and then, the encoder plate is rotated counterclockwise to the axis CL2 in the middle of both positions (STEP3) to implement the origin locating action to locate a starting point of the clamp rotor. |
