PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing utensil of which the moving resistance is substantially zero, and is equipped with a slide plug to prevent an ink from splashing when an impact or the like is applied. SOLUTION: A gap G is formed between a slide plug 11 and the inner peripheral surface of an ink storage chamber 2, and by inserting a liquid film in the gap, the slide plug 11 and the ink storage chamber are placed under a substantially non-contact state, and the moving resistance of the slide plug 1 is made the viscosity resistance of the liquid film only, and the moving resistance is made substantially zero. Also, the end edge section of the outer peripheral surface of the slide plug 11 is formed into a blade form edge section 16 of which the blade tip angle is an acute angle, and by this section, the free surface of an ink in the gap G is firmly held, and the ink is prevented from splashing due to an impact or the like. |
