PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the card member of high reliability against the prevention of forgery by generating random numeric values through the use of a capacitance generated between a semiconductor chip in the card member and a conductor layer reinforcing the chip. SOLUTION: A chip 32 is loaded on a substrate 39 through an electrode 31. The chip 32 is bonded to the substrate 39 by adhesive 34. The members are reinforced by reinforcing metal 33 and different reinforcing metal 36. Capacitance between reinforcing metal and the chip is combined with a resistor and an operational amplifier and an integrating circuit is constituted. When integration is started by reference voltage and a switch, analog/digital conversion is execution after prescribed time and a digital value appears in a digital output terminal in the integrating circuit. When a digital output value is used as a key code, it can be effectively used as a key code that cannot be reproduced when the cover of metal is removed by decomposition. |
