PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric resonance component whose resonance frequency can be adjusted stepwise over a wide range, in a short time. SOLUTION: This dielectric resonance component is formed by placing an internal line conductor 2 between layers of a laminate 1 consisting of laminating a plurality of dielectric ceramic layers 1a, 1b, placing an outer conductor film 3 onto at least both major sides of the laminate 1, and connecting one end of the inner line conductor 2 to the outer conductor films 3. Then a capacitance adjustment electrode 4 connected to the outer conductor film 3 is placed on one major side of the laminate 1 by using a narrow trimming connection section 5.
