PURPOSE: A novel Bacillus sp. strain(Bacillus cereus WRD-1)(KCTC 18030P), and soil microorganism preparation using the same are provided. Bacillus cereus WRD-1(KCTC 18030P) shows anti-fungal activity, so inhibits plant pathogen in soil, and enhances growth of plant. CONSTITUTION: A preparing method of novel Bacillus sp. strain from soil comprises of: isolating strain, which is excellent in decomposing protease and amylase, from soil, and identifying the strain as Bacillus cereus WRD-1)(KCTC 18030P); diluting the culture broth of Bacillus cereus WRD-1 (KCTC 18030P) with various concentration and applying it to growing of tomatoes; identifying its effects on physicochemical composition in soil and tomato growth; identifying plant pathogen inhibiting activity of Bacillus cereus WRD-1 (KCTC 18030P) by mixing culture of Botrytis sp. therewith. In the step of isolating and identifying, the strain, particular steps are involved, they are as follows; adding each 1g of soil reagent in saline(0.85%) 10ml, and shaking; diluting to 10¬-3-10¬-5, and smearing the diluted solution on a plate containing LB medium(1% of tryptopan, 0.15% of yeast extract, 0.15% of NaCl), 5% of powdered skim milk, and 1.5% of agar; primary-selecting a strain having protease decomposing activity, and culturing using LB solution medium, at 30°C for 48hrs; putting a paper disk on an Amylase decomposing activity measuring medium and a transparent circle formed using paper disk method on a medium containing 5% of powdered skim milk, adding medium solution to the paper disk, and culturing for 3days; adding 0.1% of I2 solution to the cultured plate, comparing the size of the transparent circle, measuring the activity, and selecting finally.
