PURPOSE: A standardized flowerpot placing apparatus by handling the verandah railing of building and boundary barrier of road and others is provided to install and remove the standardized flowerpot easily and safely by rotating the structure at an angle of 90 degrees. CONSTITUTION: In the standardized flowerpot placing apparatus by handling the verandah railing of building and boundary barrier of road and others, the standardized flowerpot placing apparatus serve as a railing of building or boundary barrier of road in normal time. But when the standardized flowerpot placing apparatus serve as a flowerpot placing part, the upper part of structure is rotated and then the flowerpot is inserted in the structure(1,3). The fixing member of lower part of flowerpot and the upper part of flowerpot are fixed in the structure safely.
