PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fermenting apparatus using a waste refrigerator, and fermented compositions therefrom are provided. Thereby, environment friendly agrolivestock products are prepared as reducing the use of antibiotics or chemicals. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the fermenting apparatus using waste refrigerator comprises of: removing a refrigerant device and installing a heater to keep optimum fermentation temperature of 30-40°C; installing a ventilating fan to control air regularly; installing a heat regulator and a water supplier; then attaching a sensor which controls the ventilating fan, the heat regulator and the water supplier automatically. Solid culture can be performed by using trays of the refrigerator and also, liquid culture can be performed by using a plask after removing the trays. Both anaerobes and aerobes can be cultured by opening or shutting the ventilating fan.
