PURPOSE: A method for business trip mediation contact service of real property using internet is provided to reduce the fee for mediating the real property, and to increase the quality of mediation service, by opening the list of the real property that will be rented or sold on the internet. CONSTITUTION: A selling customer accesses a home page via the internet in order to register the real property(610,620). The cyber transaction of an online transaction type is performed(630). A customer enters for a charged member in case of the cyber transaction(640). A customer may consult a mediation agency(645). A buying customer searches a desired real property to be sold(650). The buying customer may register only desired real property(655). After the real property is identified and the price for the real property is discussed, a remote contract is made(660). A typical transaction of an offline transaction type can be made(670). In case of the typical transaction, the buying customer inputs the buy request information on the internet, or the agency that receives the buy request information via a telephone registers the information thereon(680). A contract is made at the house of the selling customer(690).
