<p>PURPOSE: A process for preparing a paper tube using waste pulp sludge and waste polyethylene is provided which produces a paper tube having excellent moisture resistance, compressed strength, dimensional stability, heat strength and contributes to reduce environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of crushing waste polyethylene films with conventional crushers and extending its volume from 0.96 of specific gravity of a polyethylene pellet to 0.045; preparing first raw material comprising 14% by weight of waste pulp sludge, 20% by weight of waste polyethylene films, 64% by weight of moisture and 2% by weight of other additive; preparing second raw material comprising 32% by weight of waste pulp sludge, 44% by weight of waste polyethylene film, 20% by weight of moisture and 4% by weight of other additive through conventional oil hydraulic press; preparing third raw material by compressing a pallet comprising 44% by weight of waste pulp sludge, 53% by weight of waste polyethylene films and 3% by weight of other additive, cooling and cutting; and preparing a paper tube(1) comprising 43% by weight of waste pulp sludge(2), 55% by weight of waste polyethylene films(3) and 2% by weight of other additive.</p> |
