PURPOSE: An education system using communication is provided to use telephone numbers of members and a computer database for storing study data to call the members with voices, so as to easily manage the members. CONSTITUTION: A database(12) of a computer(2) stores telephone numbers of members and study data for being supplied to the members. A managing program(14) manages the telephone numbers and the study data. The study data is displayed on a monitor by using the managing program. A speech program(10) is built in the computer to automatically call by a telephone number designated by a user. Calls are performed by the telephone numbers stored in the database by using the speech program. The database stores voice data for English sentences. The voice data is played back with voices by the speech program. Played-back voices are transmitted to telephones(6) of the members.
