PURPOSE: Die in noodles manufacturing machine is provided wherein deep holes are bored in the center part to a long direction so that it decreases inferior rate in making noodles. CONSTITUTION: The die in noddles manufacturing machine comprises the parts of: a body(2) which is bound with a cover(3) within a die body(1); an air supply hole(4) which is formed at one side of the body to connect an air room that is placed on circumference inside the body; and a pin(5) wherein a vent hole bored like a needle is placed on circumference and which is enough inserted into multiple vent holes that are oppositely formed against the lower face of the die body.
