PURPOSE: A three-dimensional luminous license plate of vehicles is provided to improve the discrimination of letters and numbers on a the license plate of vehicles and appearance of the plate by painting the letters and numbers with luminous pigment of different colors from the background color of the plate. CONSTITUTION: In a three-dimensional luminous license plate of vehicles which includes a district display part, a corresponding district part, an auxiliary display part, a serial number part, a rim, and a sealed part, all letters and numbers are protruded forward about 1-2mm from the license plate and coated with luminous pigments of different colors from the background color of the license plate, wherein the letters and numbers are embossed to expand light emitting areas such that the letters and numbers are more easily distinguished.
