PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably reseal without troublesome operation in resealing a bag made of a synthetic resin film and reduce a manufacturing cost by sticking a resealable member having resealing function to a packaging bag body by an adhesive piece for integration. SOLUTION: The packaging bag with a resealable member comprises a packaging bag body 20 with a margin piece 22 connected to an upper part of an upper end seal 24 and an adhesive piece 14 of the resealable member 10 is integrally stuck to a center piece surface of the margin piece 22. The resealable member 10 comprises a resealable member body 11 with a pressing board 13 and a support board 12 sectioned by an approximately U-shaped hole 16 and the adhesive piece 14 connected from its upper end via perforations 18. When resealing is to be done after the bag body is torn to unseal (open) by tearing at a notch (N), the resealable member body 11 is cut along the perforations 18, then an opening rim of the bag is folded, and the folded part is interposed between the support board 12 and the pressing board 13 of the resealable member body 11 for sealing.
