PURPOSE: A method for utilizing coins in pay phones is provided to deposit coins on cyber accounts in the pay phones or to participate events, so as to appropriately utilize the coins. CONSTITUTION: A sensor of a pay phone recognizes a coin when the coin is inserted into a pay phone slit. When a dial tone is generated, a user presses number buttons or code buttons to connect with a site.
