PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold the strength of a food container without an outer lid made of plastic and enable problem-free cooking by the pouring of hot water, by comprising a top sheet and a bottom sheet. SOLUTION: A lid comprises a multilayer sheet comprising a top sheet and a bottom sheet. The lowermost peeling-material-layer 2 of the top sheet and the uppermost polyethylene-layer 3 of the bottom sheet are brought into close contact with each other to such a degree that they can be peeled from each other with less resistance. In part of the bottom sheet, a notch 6 is provided to be used as a discharging opening. When food is cooked by pouring hot water or the like, the discharging opening is exposed by once peeling the top sheet. After the pouring of the hot water or the like, the top sheet is superimposed on the bottom sheet again. The material of the bottom sheet is elastic. Therefore, because the lid remains taut, it firmly holds a food container and prevents it from becoming limp. |
