PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-supply type surgery device to supply ultrasonic energy and high frequency energy. SOLUTION: The surgery device 100 is provided with an acoustic assembly 170 having a housing 151 and a conductive waveguide 181. This waveguide 181 has a solid core, and is extended from the housing 151. In addition, a conductive element 166 to transmit a high frequency energy to the waveguide 181 is connected to the waveguide 181 in an operable manner. An end effector 200 for transmitting the ultrasonic energy or the high frequency energy is provided on a forward end of the waveguide 181 in the acoustic assembly 170. A large number of novel effectors 200 for emulsifying and cautery of the tissue.
