PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laser light irradiation device which can irradiate a plurality of objects by collimating integrated laser light through a simple optical system, and an optical system which is used for the laser light irradiation device. SOLUTION: Laser lights emitted by a plurality of laser light sources 1a,..., 1g are made incident on an optical fiber bundle 4 formed by bundling the emitting ends 6 of a plurality of optical fibers. The incidence end 8 of a single optical fiber 7 is arranged closely to the emitting end 6 of the optical fiber bundle 4. The convex side of a planoconvex lens 12 is arranged on the side of the emitting end 10 of the single optical fiber 7 and collimates the laser light emitted from the emitting end of the single optical fiber. The optical path of the collimated laser light is split by beam splitters 16, 17, and 18 and objects 24, 25, 26, and 27 are irradiated with optical-path split laser lights respectively.
