<p>A connecting member 21 comprises a pipe 24 and a pair of connecting pins 22, 23. Heads 22a, 22b of the connecting pins are forcefully fitted in the pipe so that the pipe is expanded to form expanded portions 24a, 24b in the radial direction thereof.
