摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yaw rate sensor which evaluates signal at higher precision and lower error by forming a differential signal from the response characteristics of an oscillator. SOLUTION: A second oscillator 20 is excited at intrinsic frequency f0 which is inputted in a frequency generator 12 to generate two test signals. These test signals are symmetrically deviated about the oscillation of the second oscillator 20 by ±100 Hz. The test signal thus generated excites a first oscillator 10. A device 11 detects the response characteristics of an oscillator to the formed signal, from which the differential signal is formed. The differential signal is supplied to a controller 16. When the two oscillators 10 and 20 are in constant oscillation state, no differential signal takes place. As a result, an output signal is used in a stable evaluation condition. Thus, an evaluation condition stable against Coriolis force is provided.
