<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device with which a manual operation of a machine is easily performed without needing dedicated software, especially a device capable of generating a hand pulse in a software way. SOLUTION: A touch panel 11 where an input operating part 19 for a manual operation is displayed on the screen is arranged. Relating to the part 19, plural touch switch displays 20 are arranged to be followed by a finger so that inputs can continuously be operated. An operation recognition movement commanding means 13 which gives a movement command (s) to a servo mechanism 2 of a control object machine 1 in accordance with an input operation of the part 19 is arranged.
