<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic element which has a high reliability to its long-period exposure in the outdoors. SOLUTION: A photovoltaic element is constituted into a structure, wherein the photovoltaic element has at least a semiconductor layer 102, an intermediate electrode layer 103, a short-circuit preventive layer 104 and a rear electrode layer 105 in the order of these layers 102, 103, 104 and 105, has a through hole 106 penetrating from at least the layer 102 to the layer 104, and has connected parts 107 electrically conducted to the surface, which is positioned on the opposite side to the side of the layer 103, of the later 102 and the layer 105 in the hole 106 in a state that the parts 107 are substantially insulated from the layer 103 by the formation of at least either of the layers 102 and 105 and the space region in the interior of the hole 106 is filled with a resin 18.</p> |
