<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a processing time by eliminating the need for access acknowledging processes by files by setting hierarchical structure data menus to be displayed to individual users corresponding to the user IDs characteristics of the users. SOLUTION: In a user master DB51, inherent user IDs and menu IDs determining hierarchical structure data menus, and input authorities and inquiry authorities for data files by users are set. In a menu master DB52, start authorities for the data files are set by the menu IDs and users. An access management server 30 when receiving user IDs and passwords from user terminals 11 to 13 takes data wherein the corresponding user IDs are registered out of the user master DB51 to extract the corresponding menu IDs, performs retrieval from the menu master DB52 according to the menu IDs, and extract the corresponding data files to generate and send hierarchical data menus to the request source user terminal.</p> |
