PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, easily and stably perform the color measurement of a monitor by a measuring instrument. SOLUTION: The monitor 23 for displaying an image, etc., and the measuring instrument 3 for measuring the color of the monitor 23 are loaded on a processor main body 1. The main body 1 is provided with a holding member holding the instrument 3, and a spring 5 for elastically pressing the holding member in a direction that the colorimetric part of the instrument 3 held to the holding member is brought into presscontact to the screen 23a of the monitor 23, so that the colorimetric part of the instrument 3 held to the holding member is brought into press-contact to the screen 23a of the monitor 23 through the spring 5.
