PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively realize a strap attaching means while eliminating the factor of the hindrance of recycling and to improve handleability by linearly extending one part of a strap and sticking and integrating it on the surface of a fixed member coated with an adhesive so that the area of the member may be bisected. SOLUTION: The strap attaching tool 1 is obtained by linearly extending one part of the strap 13 and arranging, sticking and integrating it on the surface of the fixed member 12 coated with the adhesive so that the area of the member 12 may be bisected. In this tool 1, the strap 13 is stuck in such arrangement that the area of the member 12 is bisected, so that force to pull each other acts on the member 12 on both sides and necessary and sufficient holding force is secured as a suspending tool when the strap is pulled and tensile load in a direction perpendicular to an adhesive surface is exerted. Therefore, the strap attaching means is easily and inexpensively realized while eliminating the factor of the hindrance of the recycling because it does not require processing and additional members at all.
