PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical fiber cable fixing structure which secures sufficient waterproofness between an optical transmission device and an optical fiber cable when the optical fiber cable is led in the optical transmission device and fixed, and is small-sized, highly integrated, and improved in operability and maneuverability. SOLUTION: This structure is composed of an adapter 2 which is formed nearly cylindrically and can be mounted on the main body or cover of the optical transmission device, a case 5 which is equipped with a hold mechanism holding an end part of the optical fiber cable 8 and can be put in the adapter 2, and a coupling 3 which has an insertion hole 3a where the optical fiber cable 8 can be inserted, is formed nearly cylindrically, and can store the case 5; and it is made possible to connect the coupling 3 to the adapter 2.
