A bag particularly suited as an infant nursing bag comprises mutually opposing and generally rectangular side pieces (1, 2). These latter pieces are permanently interconnected at their bottom edges (7) and can be removably connected along remaining edges. The bag can be opened so that the side pieces (1, 2) lie in one and the same plane and the bag includes at least one panel (10, 11) which includes storage pockets (12-17) and which can be folded-out to a position adjacent the two side pieces of the opened bag. The panel or panels (10, 11) is/are joined to an adjacent side edge region of solely one (1) of the side pieces.
