The valve includes a main cylinder connection (54) and a wheel brake cylinder connection (51). A hydraulic chamber (58) is connected to a high resistance line and to the main cylinder connection. A switching valve (31) is operated based on a hydraulic differential pressure between the hydraulic chamber and the wheel brake cylinder connection, to form a throttle or an opening. A solenoid valve (21) is installed in the channel joining the switching valve to the wheel brake cylinder connection and opens or closes the channel by application of an electromagnetic force.
