PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode separator layered product having a strong adhesive strength even if using a separator of a material hard to be adhered, remaining no unnecessary organic solvent in a battery and capable of promptly impregnating an electrolyte in a multi-layered product. SOLUTION: In this electrode separator layered product, a porous separator 3 is interposed between a porous positive electrode 2 and a porous negative electrode 4, and the porous positive electrode 2, the porous negative electrode 4 and the porous separator 3 are adhered each other with a polymer cross- linking material 6 at discontinuous positions in laminated surfaces. The polymer cross-linking material 6 is made by cross-linking a thermoplastic polymer.
