PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase equivalent processing speed of CPU in a term by reading animation data out of a DVD-video recorder and reproducing the animation data. SOLUTION: A DVD-ROM drive device 41 for reading data out of a DVD 10 and an animation decoder circuit 45 are provided. A CPU 21 and a display controller circuit 26 are connected through a bus line 29. When a map data is read out of the DVD 10 with the DVD-ROM drive device 41, the read map data is processed with a CPU 21 and supplied to the display controller circuit 26. When animation data is read out of the DVD 10 with the DVD-ROM drive device 41, the read animation data is supplied from the DVD-ROM drive device 41 to the animation decoder circuit 45 to decode and the decoded animation data is supplied to the display controller circuit 26. |
