PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization and improvement in the performance and reliability of a structure for trimming by forming a conductor, with which the inner portion of an inductor is electrically pulled out onto a front side main surface or rear side main surface, on the inner wall surface of a through hole or bottomed hole previously provided on the side face of a substrate or on the substrate so as to control oscillation characteristics by partial cutting. SOLUTION: An inner conductor pattern layer 1-c constituting an inductor is trimmed, the electric length is extended just for 2αand the width is narrowed as well. Since the inductance of the inductor composed of the parallel ground conductor of a distribution constant type high frequency circuit can be improved by extending the electric length or narrowing the width, the oscillation frequency of a module before trimming is set a little higher than a prescribed value. Control is performed for providing the required oscillation frequency by lowering the oscillation frequency by remarkably changing the inductance constituting the oscillator by trimming.
