PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation box body to suppress an amount of heat transferred to a vacuum heat insulation member and be excellent in heat insulation efficiency. SOLUTION: This heat insulation box body comprises an outer wall member 15, an inner wall member 18, a plate-form member 22 fixed at either the inner wall side of the outer wall member 15 or the outer wall side of the inner wall member 18 and formed of a heat insulation material, a vacuum heat insulation member 1 fixed by bringing one surface into contact with the plate-form member 22, and a heat insulation member 17 with which a space formed among the outer wall member 15, the inner wall member 18, the plate-form member 22, and the vacuum heat insulation member 1 is filled. The heat insulation member 1 and the plate-form member 22 are formed of foamed resin.
