SOLUTION: This device is provided with a control unit 30 for supplying remote control signals to remote control signal transmitting parts 34-37 corresponding to the operation of a plurality of operating parts except for a controlled alarm switch operating part 25, reading audio data out of an audio data memory part 30A and supplying the read audio data to information providing parts 32, 33 and 24P corresponding to the operation of the controlled alarm switch operating part. The remote control signal transmitting parts 34-37 transmit the remote control signals supplied from the control unit 30, and the information providing parts 32, 33 and 24P provide audio information concerning the controlled system on the basis of the audio data supplied from the control unit 30.
