PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transmit data by repeating re-transmission of transmission data with a transmission power stepwise increased in the case that a transmitter side device receives no reception end code within a prescribed time after the transmission of the transmission data. SOLUTION: A control section 1 instructs a controller 5 that is a set transmission means of a setting power stored in a transmission parameter memory 4. The controller 5 controls the transmission means 6 on the basis of this signal. When transmission of data is finished, a transmitter side reaches a reception mode to receive a reception end code that is sent from a receiver side. In the case that the transmitter side cannot receive the reception end code from the receiver side within to prescribed time, the transmitter side increases the present transmission power of the transmission means 6 by one step. The processing above is repeated until the transmitter side receives the reception end code after the data transmission. It is not required for a user to set the transmission power and the transmission means based on a transmission distance or the like, and they are automatically and surely be set.
