PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the input customer communication of an enterprise based on the business target of the enterprise by supplying service to the customer of the enterprise straddling all the lines of the business of the enterprise and dealing with the customer by a consistent method independent of an entry point to the business communication equipment of the enterprise. SOLUTION: An enterprise service balancing system 410 is provided with on ESBC(enterprise service balancer) 401, a DB 402, a call center 403, an employee resource 404 and the other call center 405. The call centers 403 and 405 and the employee resource 404 can possess work stations 406-409. The call centers 403 and 405 are constituted of any equipment for receiving an incoming call and setting an output call with the instructions of the call center using ACD/PBX, the call center without ACD and an agent (in terms of man or robot).
