<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock interruption circuit that improves detection accuracy of clock interruption, makes the circuit scale small and reduces the power consumption at the same time and can detect a clock interruption state within a prescribed time on the occurrence of clock interruption. SOLUTION: The detection circuit consists of a change point detection circuit 11 that outputs a change point detection pulse every time a change point of leading of a clock pulse being a monitor object is detected, a counter 14 that counts clocks for a clock interruption detection period and outputs a count, a count storage register 15 that etches the count outputted from the counter 14 every time receiving a change point detection pulse outputted from the change point detection circuit 11 and outputs the count as a register value, a comparator 16 that outputs a coincidence pulse when the register value is coincident with the count outputted from the counter 14, and a warning detection protection circuit 17 that raises a clock interruption warning on the basis of the coincident pulse outputted from the comparator 16.</p> |
