<p>A lithium-ion secondary cell in which a positive electrode not having a lithium source is used and the irreversible capacity is eliminated, is manufactured by providing three electrodes of a positive electrode (17), a negative electrode (16), and a lithium electrode (22) containing lithium, providing an insulating/connecting function between the electrodes, connecting the lithium electrode (22) to the negative electrode (16) before the sealing, and transferring lithium ions from the lithium electrode (22) to the negative electrode (16).</p> |
